I have been practicing massage therapy since 2007 and  I really love my job. I am just in awe of the benefits that therapeutic massage & skincare can offer our clients and I have loved growing all of the relationships we have made over the years. I am generally behind the scenes doing the managerial things that keep Kairos running but have recently reopened my availability to work with Oncology massage clients.  If you are ineterested in working with me in this capacity, please email the business email and I would love to set something up with you!

I have a wonderful supportive husband, 4 young kids and we love to adventure outside, have movie nights and eat good food!

I've been practicing massage since the spring of 2009 and graduated from massage school in Colorado. I've worked at a wellness center as well as a spa and enjoy both the therapeutic and relaxing aspects of massage therapy. I enjoy neuromuscular therapy and have taken classes for reflexology, zen facial massage, prenatal and oncology massage. I'll tailor your massage in accordance with your needs and look forward to getting to know you.

 I’ve been a massage therapist for ten years and a professional skin therapist (esthetician) for two! I’ve been working at Kairos for nine of those ten years. I absolutely love working here & with the people of Elizabethtown. Helping clients reach a goal or just relax is my favorite part of what I do. I’m capable & confident in many massage  & skincare modalities but am partial to therapeutic, prenatal & oncology massage. I’ve been a long time acne/breakout prone client myself so I understand & can empathize with those who have or are suffering from acne & hyperpigmentation issues. I read, bake & spend time with my family. I’m married to my wonderful husband David & we have two amazing children. We live just outside of Etown. "Though I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Lebanon Valley College in 2012, I still hadn’t decided on a career path. When I received my first professional massage (right here at Kairos!) in 2018, I knew I had to become a massage therapist so I could help others feel the immense sense of rest and rejuvenation that massage can bring. I graduated from HACC’s Massage Therapy Program in 2019 and am excited to be back at Kairos, now as a therapist! I specialize in 90+ minute sessions and love to be able to really devote time to each of a client’s focus areas."

 "After 20 years of family & friends asking me to massage their neck, shoulders & back, I decided to make a career out of it! And so I graduated from European Medical School of Massage in May of 2019. I've always been fascinated by mechanical things, and how they move in order to function as a whole unit. I enjoyed the anatomy classes in massage school, and came to an understanding of how the body is truly an incredible machine. It gives me great satisfaction to use my skills to help someone recover proper function & mobility in their body with less pain & tension! I typically utilize deep tissue & sports massage (stretching) techniques to help fix your target areas. However relaxation massages are also an option! I'm looking forward to making a difference for you!"

Becoming a massage therapist was a dream of mine for many years before I was able to make it a reality. Thanks to the support of my loving partner and family, I was able to attend Lancaster School of Massage in the fall of 2022 and the experience has changed my life. I was able to see first-hand the numerous ways that receiving regular massage improved my classmates' and clients' overall quality of life; everything from relieving migraines to improving mental health. I specialize in therapeutic massage because I believe that the body instinctually knows how to restore itself to a state of balance if given the right conditions. I see massage therapy as a powerful tool to invoke relaxation and unlock the body's natural capacity for healing. I would love the opportunity to help you experience this for yourself and I'd be honored to play even a small role in helping you reach your optimal health.

 With a transformative personal journey from debilitating migraines to improved well-being through functional medicine, I embarked on a path to share the healing power of touch. A graduate of the European Medical School of Massage in 2023, I fell in love with the art of massage therapy. I genuinely love helping people and knew this is where my passion lies. Dedicated to enhancing the lives of others through holistic practices, I bring a unique blend of personal experience and professional training. With a focus on the individual needs of each client, I utilize a wide range of techniques to tailor massage sessions, promoting relaxation, relieving tension, and enhancing overall well-being.

 I have been a Kairos client since 2010, displayed artwork at Kairos, and am excited to join the team now as an Licensed Massage Therapist.

Receiving regular therapeutic massage helped me manage pain, develop awareness of my body, and find acceptance of my human need for rest. I appreciate the way massage connects us to ourselves and provides safe, therapeutic touch. My goal as a therapist is to provide a session in which my clients can completely relax as I ease into the muscles to soothe them tminto releasing tension. I think critically about the client's pain and like to find the root cause to thoroughly treat the body as a whole. I especially like prenatal massage and leg/foot massage. 

For self-care, I enjoy spending time with my children and friends, painting with watercolors, drawing, reading, gardening, stretching, and engaging in my faith practices.

I’ve always known that I wanted to help others. While in college for nursing, I suffered a severe back injury from a horseback riding accident. After years of doctors appointments, medications, and physical therapy I had exhausted what felt like all options with minimal to no relief. I was depressed and I felt alone and unheard. Until one day I decided to try a more holistic approach to my healing. I made the decision to research and book a massage appointment and it changed my life and my career path! I had an inward calling to help ease others pain and discomfort through therapeutic massage. Once I started my journey in massage therapy I was amazed by all the other benefits it could bring to someone’s life. 

I knew then, that was how I was going to help others! The relief I felt was instantaneous and I had to let other people know the power of healing through massage therapy. Everyone’s journey is different, and my role is to tailor each treatment plan to meet my clients individual needs, and goals, and to help them achieve healthier, happier lives.

My inspiration to become a massage therapist blossomed when I started receiving regular professional massages.  I experienced relief of pain, anxiety, and insomnia. I began pairing my massages with yoga and my mind and body felt better than ever. I knew my goal was to help others achieve the same results, and I began my training to become a Licensed Massage Therapist, and well as yoga instructor. I am committed to continuing my health education and changing lives through massage therapy, including medical massage. My personalized treatment plans incorporate client feedback to enhance overall satisfaction and wellness outcomes.
